Staff super friendly and helpful with all matters. Great room-service that also made me food outside the scheduled hours. Huge and delicious breakfast buffet every morning. Amazing views. Close to shops, ATMs etc. All the buses pass right by the hotel, so it is easy to get around.

Harun, the owner, organized several local tours for us that were interesting, well-priced, and informative, even when we asked at the last minute. It is a family business with a warm and helpful atmosphere. The communal area, with free tea, is perfect to meet friends. Bathroom and room were very clean.

Excellent facilities, very friendly staff and a great dining hall. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff provided a packed breakfast at 6am on check out. The view of Lake Van across the road was impressive.
