All rooms are en suite and have complimentary toiletries, a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Beautiful hotel...lovely area. Large comfortable room with equally large bathroom. Plenty of space in the car park or on the street for parking. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. We even saw the wall lizards in the garden. Convenient for walking into town or to the sea front. Ventnor Park just around the corner was lovely.

Based in the heart of the popular seaside resort of Shanklin on the Isle of Wight, The St. Leonards Guest House offers free on-site parking, free Wi-Fi access and a bar. A haven for walkers and cyclists, more than half the island is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The guesthouse was spotless. Room was bright and large with very comfy beds. The breakfast was very good with a great choice both hot and cold. The host, Pat, was very welcoming and helpful. Great location so close to the beach and cliff lift. Short walk to the town Centre.
