Amazing location; unique place to stay; really atmospheric and lots of space. Lovely to have tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit on arrival. Sam was really responsive, helpful and friendly when we called him with a question (like what to do when we locked the keys inside…!)

Wonderful host! She was so kind and considerate, and left lots of goodies for me and my children. The Ned was very comfortable. The room with all our stuff in was a bit tight but that was fine.

Location was close to ferry port in East Cowes, great facilities that would support a longer stay including a very spacious utility room. Comfortable furnishings. Local corner shop nearby open till 10pm.

Shower was hot. Breakfast was decent. Close to Osbourne House. When toilet continued to flush is was fixed within a reasonable time.

Excellent suite room. Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful. Continental buffet breakfast with served cooked breakfast. Good relaxed environment. Able to store our bikes safely overnight and park for free. Sea view at the restaurant.

Both the staff friendliness and offers of help in what to do and see on the island were first rate, and breakfast was excellent - the food was delicious, piping hot and plenty on offer. The room was very clean, welcoming and the coffee machine was a very nice touch. The beds were comfy and there were actually enough plugs, close enough to the bedside tables, which i've found to be a rare occurrence in other places!
