Ideal situated on the Cornwall coastal path. Beautiful old property which has been extended, breakfast overlooking the sea. Staff were very friendly especially Lisa who cleaned up my friend as she had a fall. Dinner either served in lovely restaurant or adjacent to bar. Bar serving a good variety of gluten free beers. Room was lovely and clean, beds comfortable.

A beautiful cottage in rural Cornwall, comfortable beds and just a few miles from Perranporth. A real find- we will definitely be back. Breakfast was fantastic too, and Jenny and her husband were the most perfect, friendly hosts you could wish for.

Everything was amazing, the hotel, food, staff, and we were blown away by how dog friendly it is. We were getting married locally and decided to extend our time in Cornwall by staying here as well and it was simply amazing and we will definitely be returning for anniversary celebrations 🥰

Everything, the food was excellent and the people were great
St Agnes is a fabulous town/village. It has a real lived in feel, and doesn't seem to be populated by too many second home owners or holiday homes, ( I know, I was on holiday). The town hasn't, so far, been too spoilt by the building of innapropriate modern houses which blight a lot of this coastline, (whoever grants planning permission for these dreadful glass and faux wood fronted houses?).
The two supermarkets are well stocked as is the butchers and a visit to St Agnes bakery is a treat. A walk up to the beacon is a must for all visitors.
To be honest, I've always been a North Devon fan, but St Agnes has stolen my heart.

A lovely little village with a nice choice of pubs, restaurants, cafes, bakery and general stores. There is a public car park that has plenty of spaces and a bus service that we did not use but runs regularly to Perranporth, Redruth and surrounding areas.

St.Agnes is fantastic for walkers, the views are the best, this coastline is rugged, walking along this coast line is fantastic.
You can't really beat it.
Chapel Porth is a good starting point - you can get decent lunch and good ice cream.
The village is small but really nice.

Lovely coastal walks with a dog, unfortunately the beach isn't dog friendly, but a local dog walker recommended a couple of closer ones which were. It was a short walk to the local village but not much choice for dining. The view at the top of the Beacon was fantastic!! highly recommend it.
Probably the best location in Cornwall that I visited. It was right near the beach in the beautiful town of St. Agnes. The hotel itself was beautifully restored. the main restaurant was lovely and dated back to the 1600's with big dark wooden beams in the ceiling. Food was 5 star for dinner. A very good breakfast with several options was included daily and the breakfast room looked out to a view of the sea. The location was stunning. I loved the village of St. Agnes. I stayed 3 nights and could have stayed at least a week.
Very well managed bnb. We can see all the details of decoration and presentation that the owner had done it by heart.
The owner served us welcome afternoon tea set with home made cakes and cookies. It really made us feeling like home.
The breakfast is excellent, can compare with 5 starts hotel, in particular, the freshly made to order fruit salad is unforgettable.
The room and bathroom are very clean, although not very big in size, we are very satisfied.
Lovely welcoming staff, to a quirky and friendly establishment. You are not are not at The Ritz here, but the owners don't pretend to be anything they're not. It could do with a revamp, but I'm sure the guys know this. Great location, clean rooms, nice garden at your disposal, plenty of parking, and very good value....We've stayed in 5 Star hotels that have been a lot less (genuinely) friendly...
This B&B was the highlight of my stays in Cornwall! The host is so lovely and the house feels cozy with a truly beautiful sunroom where you have breakfast. They even handmade their own fruit preserves (which were of course delicious). If you are in the area you must must must come stay. It is exceptional value for money, and could not be happier.
Well equipped room, nice bathroom, Hotel was nicely decorated throughout, it was also was very clean & tidy. There was plenty to eat at breakfast, with good choices, whether you wanted a cooked breakfast or other.
An excellent pleasant & helpful reception at all times. The grounds were very large and peaceful, a very nice location.
Lovely family B&B, Rachel is very friendly and the rooms were beautiful. Homemade fudge and gin left in the room for us when we return in the evening. Fantastic breakfast in the conservatory with homemade jams and heart shaped butter. Space for parking and easy to get to some great beaches in St. Agnes and Porthtowan.
We came to St. Agnes as part of a long-distance hike. Both the village and the hotel were delightful. We arrived on Fathers day so the hotel was all a.go.go, but peace and tranquility descended the following morning and we had a very relaxing breakfast.
The hotel is in a great location and hosts Geoff & Ali are very friendly and really go out of the way to make you feel very much at home, they also serve up a fantastic breakfast, would definitely stay again 10/10 👍
The staff, location, atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. Coming from Australia and visiting Cornwall this is the place to stop at. Heart of the village, close to the beach, close to walking tracks
The bed was very compfy! Bedroom was clean and staff very friendly. The hotel grounds were beautiful and the location great if wanting a quiet break in a lovley village.
Loved the location of this property. Perfect for exploring St. Agnes and also for going further afield.
The property was lovely and clean and a pleasure to stay here.
